Our Stylish and modern Dining Room featuring a stunning Mosaic of the city of Edinburgh.

We offer a Traditional Scottish Breakfast using locally sourced produce. You can also choose something different from our varied menu ranging from smoked salmon, pancakes and bacon with syrup or French toast. We also run seasonal specials and we cater for special diets (please do let us know in advance of any unusual dietary requests).

Breakfast is served from 0800 (730 hours by arrangement) until 0900 hours. Earlier breakfasts are catered for by operating a self service system.
